Cancellation Policy

Travel fee: I can go to your home or your gym within a 10 mile radius for $20 or up to 50 miles for $50. If you come to one of my gyms or training sites, no travel fee is assessed. If part of a package, optional: this can "come out" of your packaged sessions cost. Late fee: Please arrive on time or early and ready to train. This means being changed in to appropriate clothes and shoes, with a water bottle. Please communicate with me if you are going to be late. I will wait 10 minutes into your scheduled time and if I don't hear from you, your session will be cancelled without refund. For online/packaged sessions: I will log on and try to reach out to you within 10 minutes of your scheduled time. If I don't hear from you, your session will be cancelled without refund. Cancellation policy: Sessions can be cancelled at no charge up until 48 hours before your scheduled day and time. If you are within 48 hours, a $20 cancellation fee will be assessed.
